The Company announces that it purchased 72,508 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 768.48 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 89,384,976 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 192,248,934. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
