The Company announces that it purchased 111,711 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 758.83 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 89,499,655 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 192,134,255. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
