The Company announces that it purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1055.60 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 105,802,155 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 175,831,755 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
