The Company announces that it repurchased 94,237 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1106.65 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 110,284,823 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 171,349,087 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
