The Company announces that it repurchased 48,250 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1130.07 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 113,092,275 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 168,541,635. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
