PUBLICATION OF 2025 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that the following documents are being posted, or have made available, to shareholders today:

·    Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the 'Annual Report');

·    Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM Notice'); and

·    Form of proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'Proxy Form').

These documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA') in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The information required by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 of the FCA is included in the preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31 December 2025 made by the Company on 10 March 2026 and in the Annual Report.
