The Directors have declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1 penny per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February 2022, to be paid on 29th November 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 29th October 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 28th October 2021.
