Second Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 29th February 2024

The Directors have declared a second quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 29th February 2024, to be paid on 30th August 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4th August 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 3rd August 2023.
