In conformity with the the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 30th April 2026 the Company's share capital consists of 83,202,465 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,593,886 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th April 2026, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 81,608,579.

The above figure (81,608,579) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
