Therefore, as at 30th November 2025, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 54,570,718.
The above figure (54,570,718) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
