Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces the publication of the following documents, copies of which have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 February 2025 (the "Annual Report")
· Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice")
· Form of Proxy
Copies of the Annual Report, AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will also be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com today.
Copies of the documents will be posted out, or otherwise made available, to shareholders shortly. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 2 July 2025 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.
