As at 29^th October 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 159,268,955 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 29^th October 2021, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 159,268,955.

The above figure (159,268,955) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
