In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29^th July 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 157,474,931 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 29^th July 2022, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc is 157,474,931.

The above figure (157,474,931) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
