Jersey Electricity plc announced changes to the composition of its Board Committees, effective immediately on 24 July 2025. Kayte O'Neill stepped down as an Audit and Risk Committee Member, becoming the Remuneration Committee Chair and a Nomination Committee Member. Tony Taylor stepped down as Remuneration Committee Chair and Member, being appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee, while Roger Blundell was appointed to the Remuneration Committee and stepped down from the Nomination Committee.

Committee membership changes
Jersey Electricity plc(the Company) today announces the following changes to the composition of the Board Committees with immediate effect:
Kayte O'Neill will step down as Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Katye O'Neill will be appointed as the Remuneration Committee Chair.
Kayte O'Neill will be appointed as a Member of the Nomination Committee.
Tony Taylor will step down as the Chair and as a Member of the Remuneration Committee.
Tony Taylor will be appointed as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Roger Blundell will be appointed as a Member of the Remuneration Committee.
Roger Blundell will step down as a Member of the Nomination Committee.
