Russian Court Order - Update

Further to the Board's previous RNS announcements regarding the lawsuits filed by VTB Bank in Russia claiming $439 million and $74.5 million against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities plc (JEMA), the Board announces the following updates from the Company's Manager (in italics):

"The Russian court has postponed the appeal hearing in relation to a $439 million claim granted to VTB Bank against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and JEMA from 2nd July 2025 to 10th September 2025."

"The Russian court has postponed the preliminary hearing related to VTB Bank's $74.5 million claim against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and JEMA from 25th June 2025 to 14th July 2025"

The Board will provide further updates once the court decisions are announced.
