JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities PLC (JEMA) announced on 3 September 2025 that the Russian court suspended VTB Bank's lawsuit claiming €108 million against JEMA and eight J.P. Morgan legal entities. This suspension will remain while the English Appeal court considers VTB's appeal of an English court decision that granted an anti-suit injunction to the J.P. Morgan entities and JEMA.

Russian Court Order - Update
Further to the Board's previous RNS announcements regarding the lawsuit filed by VTB Bank in Russia claiming €108 million against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and the Company, the Board announces the following update from the Company's Manager (in italics):
"The Russian court has suspended the claim against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and JEMA. The case will be suspended while the English Appeal court considers VTB's appeal of the decision in the English court granting the J.P. Morgan entities and JEMA an anti-suit injunction. It is possible VTB may appeal the suspension."
The Board will provide further updates as the cases progress.
