JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities PLC (JEMA) announced an update on Russian court cases involving lawsuits against the Company and eight J.P. Morgan legal entities. JEMA's Manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited, reported that an appeal concerning VTB Bank's $439.5 million claim, previously announced on 17th March 2026, is scheduled to be heard on 27th April 2026.

Russian Court Cases - Update
Further to the Board's previous RNS announcements regarding the lawsuits filed by VTB Bank in Russia claiming $439.5m, $81.3 million, $74.5 million and €108 million and the lawsuit filed by Sberbank in Russia claiming $830,183 against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and the Company, the Board announces the following update from JPMorgan Funds Limited (the Company's Manager) in respect of the VTB $439.5m claim (in italics):
"Further to the announcement on 17th March 2026, the appeal filed to a higher court, the Court of Cassation, is now due to be heard on 27th April 2026."
The Board will provide further updates as the cases progress.
