The Company announces that it has today purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 673.3721 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,638,439 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 156,609,639. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
