REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today purchased 33,900 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 674.1294 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,747,339 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 156,500,739. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
