The Company announces that it has today repurchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 743.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 27,226,985 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 157,386,203. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
