REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR TREASURY STOCK

On the 10^th January 2022 JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 40,404 ordinary shares into Treasury at 831.0179 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 22,141,733 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 77,332,118. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
