JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 14,419 ordinary shares into Treasury at 769.417 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 23,254,659 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 76,219,192. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
