JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 7,785 ordinary shares into Treasury at 820.2253 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 23,787,557 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 75,686,294. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
