JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 49,034 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1025.1411 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 34,402,625 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of  Treasury shares is 45,392,880. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
