Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Board of JLEN announces that on 30 August 2024 the Company purchased for treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, at a price of 95.1p per share.

Following the transaction, JLEN's issued share capital comprises:

661,031,229 shares (excluding treasury shares)

500,000 shares held in treasury

661,531,229 shares (including treasury shares)

Following this transaction, the Company has 661,031,229 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. The above figure (661,031,229 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

JLEN's investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Environmental Infrastructure.
