Jadestone Energy PLC reported its 2024 full year audited financial statements on 20 May 2025, noting 2024 revenues increased 28% to US$395.0 million and annual production reached a record 18,696 boe/d, up 35% year-on-year. As of 31 December 2024, the Company reported net debt of US$104.8 million and 2P reserves of 68.3 mmboe, while gas sales from its Akatara field commenced in July 2024. Post-year-end, Jadestone sold its Thailand assets in April 2025 for an upfront consideration of US$39.4 million and will reduce its Australian onshore office headcount by approximately 25%.
