The Company is pleased to announce that Georgina Brittain and Katen Patel, portfolio managers, will
discuss the outlook for the UK Smaller Companies sector amidst ongoing political uncertainty and the forthcoming budget, followed by an update on performance, portfolio characteristics, and positioning of the trust on Tuesday, 13th October at 10 a.m. The boards of JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc and Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Trust (AUSC) have announced that heads of terms have been agreed for a combination of the two trusts, with JUGI being the continuing vehicle.

The Company has an enhanced dividend policy which aims to pay, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, an annual dividend equivalent to 4% of the Company's NAV on the last business day of the preceding financial year. The target dividend is announced at the start of each financial year and paid by way of four equal interim dividends in October, January, April and July each year.
The webinar is open to all existing and prospective shareholders. There will be opportunity to ask questions of the portfolio managers. Registration is free and can be accessed here. A replay will also be made available to those who register.
