Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Roger Yates, Senior Independent Director of Jupiter, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Biotech Growth Trust plc with effect from 1 December 2021. Mr Yates has also been appointed as the Chairman-designate of The Biotech Growth Trust plc and is expected to commence the Chairman role in July 2022.
