In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Suzy Neubert, a Non-Executive Director of Jupiter, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Howden Joinery Group plc ("Howdens") and member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nominations and Sustainability Committees of the Howdens Board.  This appointment will take effect from 1 July 2024.
