Transaction in own shares

Jupiter announces that on 5 August 2025 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of 2 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme announced on 27 February 2025.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in Treasury.  Following this transaction the Company holds 15,556,581 shares in Treasury and has 529,422,929 shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.  Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 529,422,929.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.jupiteram.com) on a weekly basis.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), a full breakdown of the individual purchases is attached to this announcement.
