COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE
Keller Group plc ('Keller', the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Shuttleworth as General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from 5 December 2025. Catherine joined Keller as General Counsel in March 2025 and has significant legal and regulatory experience having previously held the role of Group Legal Director of the Packaging Division at DS Smith Plc and, before that, working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in the Global Transactions team.
Keller also announces that after 12 years with the Company, most latterly as Chief Sustainability Officer and Company Secretary, Kerry Porritt is leaving at the end of the year. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Kerry for her significant contribution to the Company, and wishes her well for the future.
