Kooth welcomes publication of report on California Soluna data

Kooth, a leading provider of digital mental health services, welcomes the publication of a report covering The Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative's ("CYBHI") operations in the State of California (the "State").

The report details usage and performance measures in respect of digital mental health services provided, including services delivered by Kooth via its Soluna platform, which offers California's six million 13-25 year-olds free access to one-to-one professional coaching support, self-guided tools, content and activities and peer support communities pre-moderated by trained behavioural health professionals, along with an onward care navigation service.

The full report is available via the following links: http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/0887P_1-2025-6-30.pdf and https://cybhi.chhs.ca.gov/brightlife-kids-and-soluna-impact-update (accessible in the US only)

Kate Newhouse, CEO of Kooth, said:

"We are pleased to see that the California Department of Health Care Services has published an impact report into CYBHI's delivery in the State. The report highlights how Soluna is serving previously unmet needs and how the service is already delivering value within a short space of time, corroborating the information we shared at our full year results."

The Company intends to announce a pre close trading update in the second half of July 2025.
