Management changes

Kore Potash, the potash development company with 97% ownership of the Kola and DX Potash Projects in the Sintoukola Basin, located in the Republic of Congo, announces that the acting Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") Amanda Farris has resigned, and that Andrey Maruta has been appointed as CFO (non-board) with effect from 11 December 2023.

Andrey is a Chartered Certified Accountant, with over 25 years' experience in the mining industry including as CFO at Petropavlovsk Plc, which had a premium listing on the LSE. Andrey has also worked in the audit function at accountancy firm Moore Stephens International in the UK and internationally. Mr Maruta will report directly to the CEO and is not joining the Company's board at this stage.

Andrey was previously CFO of Kore Potash from August 2019 until June of 2021 when he left for another role within the mining industry. The board is delighted to have Andrey back.

Ms Farris will remain available for a brief period to facilitate a smooth hand over. The board would like to express their gratitude to Ms Farris for her invaluable contribution to Kore Potash.

Mr Maruta currently holds 133,334 ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the Company.
