DIRECTORATE CHANGES

Kerry Group plc (the "Company") wishes to advise that: -

Mr Philip Toomey, having served as Chairman of the Board and as a non-executive director of the Company, retired from the Board of Directors effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today. 

Mr Toomey is succeeded as Chairman by Mr Tom Moran who joined the Board of Directors in September 2015. 

Ms Emer Gilvarry and Dr Karin Dorrepaal succeed Mr Moran as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and designated Workforce Engagement Director respectively.

Having served as non-executive directors of the Company since June 2017, Mr Gerard Culligan and Mr Con Murphy  retired from the Board of Directors effective from the conclusion of the AGM held earlier today.

Commenting on the Board changes, Kerry Group Chairman, Mr Tom Moran said: "I am honoured to be appointed as Chairman of the Board and I look forward to working with Edmond and the executive team in continuing to drive the Group's strategy ensuring ongoing value creation for all shareholders.
