Interim Dividend Announcement
The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.5 pence per share covering the period
1 August 2021 to 31 October 2021.
Following the adoption of the New Investment Objective and Investment Policy which was approved by Shareholders on 14 January 2020, the Board will seek to continue the payments of dividends out of earnings for as long as it is prudent and economic to do so. However, it is likely that at some point prior to the Company being placed into liquidation these will cease as the asset value and diversification of the Company's portfolio shrinks.
