Interim Dividend Announcement
The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share covering the period 1 May 2022 to 31 July 2022.
This interim dividend represents approximately 6% (on an annualised basis) of the 31 July 2022 Net Asset Value.
Based on the current outlook, the Board is targeting the continuation of the payment of 6% dividend (annualised) of the prevailing quarterly Net Asset Value whilst it remains prudent to do so.
