Disposal of shares in Finsbury Food Group PLC (“Finsbury”)

The Company announces that, on 27 September 2016, it sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of Finsbury at 120 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, the Company now hold 7,000,000 ordinary shares in Finsbury which represents 5.4 per cent of Finsbury’s issued share capital.

Edward Beale, a non-executive director of the Company, is a non-executive director of Finsbury.
