Change of AQSE Corporate Adviser, Registered Office and Accounting Reference Date and Appointment of Company Secretary

Lift (AQSE:LFT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Optiva Securities Limited as Aquis Stock Exchange ("AQSE") Corporate Adviser to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company has also changed its registered office to Suite 1, 15 Ingestre Place, London, W1F 0DU with immediate effect. This coincides with the appointment of the Company's new company secretary, Westend Corporate LLP ("Westend"). Westend is a professional services firm and has extensive experience supporting companies across numerous sectors and assisting with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Finally, the Company announces that it is changing its accounting reference date from 31 May to 30 June. Consequently, the first results of the Company following admission will be for the period ended 30 June 2022.
