LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics
of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 4th quarter of 2021 as follows.
In the 4th quarter of 2021, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 21,008.9 billion (as
compared to KRW 18,786.7 billion in 2021.3Q and KRW 17,399.1 billion in 2020.4Q), representing
a quarter-on-quarter increase of 11.8% (QoQ 11.8%) and a year-on-year increase of 20.7% (YoY
20.7%).
The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 681.6 billion (as compared to KRW
540.7 billion in 2021.3Q and KRW 862.7 billion in 2020.4Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter
increase of 26.1 % (QoQ 26.1%) and a year-on-year decrease of 21.0% (YoY -21.0%).

discontinued operating losses.
