LendInvest Group PLC, the UK's leading platform for mortgages, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all of the resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice were approved by way of a show of hands.
Proxy votes received before the meeting by Equiniti, LendInvest's Registrar, showed overwhelming support for each resolution with over 99% of votes in favour.
