Litigation Capital Management Limited ("LCM" or the "Company"), an alternative asset manager specialising in dispute financing solutions internationally, announces that an Australian Court has delivered judgment in an insolvency claim. The case was unsuccessful. LCM funded the case entirely from its own balance sheet with A$2.9 million in shareholder invested capital. A policy of ATE insurance is in place to mitigate adverse costs risk.
