Interim Dividend
The directors of Livermore are pleased to declare an interim dividend of US$0.145 per share to members on the register on 14 January 2022. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 13 January 2022. The Pay Date is expected to be 7 February 2022.
The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.
The Company expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2021 in the month of May 2022.
