Director/PDMR Shareholding - Acquisition of Shares

Light Science Technologies Holdings plc (AIM: LST), the controlled environment agriculture ("CEA") technology and contract electronics manufacturing ("CEM") group, has been notified that Andrew Hempsall, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has purchased 115,655 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregate price of 21.6p per share. Accordingly, Andrew Hempsall's total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 365,655 ordinary shares, which represents 0.21% per cent. of the issued share capital.

Contract Electronics Manufacturing

UK Circuits is the Company's CEM focussed division, with strong revenue and cash generation. The Group designs, procures, and manufactures high-quality CEM products, specialising in Printed Circuit Boards, which are used in a range of sectors including audio, automotive, electronics, gas detection, lighting, pest control, telecommunications and, more recently, the CEA market.
