Exercise of options, director dealing and issue of new ordinary shares

Pursuant to the exercise of share options under the LTG 2018 Sharesave scheme, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 106,572 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 24 December 2021.

Included within the above figure Jonathan Satchell (Chief Executive) exercised 26,315 share options under the LTG 2018 Sharesave scheme bringing his total holding in LTG to 73,263,160 shares.

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 787,642,975 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

LTG holds 404,340 shares in treasury. The figure of 787,238,635 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
