The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. declared a second interim dividend of 8.375 pence per ordinary share, representing a 4.7% increase over the prior year's second interim dividend. This dividend will be paid on 24 October 2025 to shareholders on the register as of 3 October 2025, with shares going ex-dividend on 2 October 2025. The combination of IPS' steady income and our strong reserves allows Law Debenture to continue its 47-year track record of maintaining or increasing its dividend payments.
This dividend will be paid on 24 October 2025 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 October 2025. The Corporation's shares will go ex-dividend on 2 October 2025.
