As at 31 July 2025, Lowland Investment Company plc's capital consisted of 270,185,650 ordinary shares of 2.5p, of which 50,213,385 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Lowland Investment Company plc is 219,972,265.
The above figure 219,972,265 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of Lowland Investment Company plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
