Update on latest trial commencement date for Second Wave of Truck Cartel Claims
Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that, following a large number of applications from various interested parties, the Competition and Appeals Tribunal has moved the trial window for the Second Wave of Truck Cartel claims from November 2025, to the end of September 2026, with a provisional estimate of 12 weeks for the hearing.
Settlement discussions continue and where settlement in advance is not reached, cases will proceed to trial.
