Holding in Company

Mincon has been advised by Invest fur Langfristige Investoren, in a notification received on 30 December 2024, that as of 30 December 2024, it has sold its entire shareholding in Mincon which had amounted to 18,773,990 ordinary shares representing 8.87% of the issued share capital of the company.

Rentrop Investment Office has acquired 18,726,990 ordinary shares in Mincon representing 8.81% of the issued share capital of the company. These shares were acquired from Langfristige Investoren.

The percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 212,472,413 ordinary shares.
