Mincon has been advised by FMR LLC, in a notification received on 15 January 2026, that as of 13 January 2026, it has reduced its shareholding in Mincon from 21,247,237 shares, representing 10% holding of Mincon Group plc, to 20,336,018 which amounts to 9.5711% of the issued share capital of the company.

The percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 212,472,413 ordinary shares.
