Mincon has been advised by Keyridge Asset Management, in a notification received on 29 January 2026, that as of 23 January 2026, it has reduced its shareholding in Mincon from 22,544,151 shares, representing 10.61% holding of Mincon Group plc, to 20,988,475 which amounts to 9.878% of the issued share capital of the company.

The percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 212,472,413 ordinary shares.
